This is one of my favourite cookie recipes. It has the perfect combination of soft, chewy, and crispy. The coconut goes perfectly with white chocolate. It was originally a regular chocolate chip cookie recipe, now with a few tweaks and a twist to satisfy a new craving, and just the right texture.
